THE PROJECT
Building a practical learning system for Malagasy classrooms.
English is taught throughout secondary education in Madagascar and forms part of the Baccalauréat. Yet many schools have limited access to structured learning materials and additional classroom resources.
The Madagascar English Project is developing a connected learning programme based on the Malagasy curriculum, combining student books, teacher guides and audio resources.

THE BOOK SERIES
A learning journey that grows with the students.
The MEP book series combines structured English learning with stories and topics connected to Malagasy life, culture and the wider world.
Six recurring characters grow alongside the students throughout the series, creating continuity from one grade to the next.
